This is a very nice CSS tweak to the Google calendar, called Helvetical.
It’s especially nice for me, as it looks very similar to the calendar we’re using in Monotask. Ours has a little less chartjunk, but, hopefully, gives enough structure that people won’t be lost.
The two components that we don’t have that Helvetical uses (and, I guess, the main Google calendar uses as well) are the current-day-highlighting, and the current-minute-highlighting-limited-to-the-current-day. We have a highlighted marker at the top of the calendar indicating the day, and a bar running across the whole calendar. I wonder if limiting the “‘now’ indicator” to the current day might make it clearer.
Oh well. We’ll figure it out. In the meantime, here’s a pretty calendar!
